Summary

In 1897 a complete 16th century brown glazed mug was recovered from this site, which at the time was the Bird in Hand Inn, and by 1976 had been converted into the Norwich Lads Club.

Complete 16th century mug, brown glaze on a red fabric. [1]
Handle/spout of a water bottle, yellow-orange glaze on a red fabric. Complete when found, only the handle/spout survived when accessed in 1929. [2]
