Summary

Fieldwalking and metal detecting in 1988 and 1995 recovered a diverse range of multi period objects. Artefacts included ninety pottery sherds including Late Saxon and medieval wares, two medieval buckles, animal bones and metal working debris.

At location [1]. 13th century buckle frame with trefoils in a leaf scroll in low cast relief.
At location [2]. Medieval buckle and plate with white metal coating and wire pin.
