Summary
Fieldwalking here in 1982 recovered a number of Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery sherds. Pieces of post medieval roof tile were also retrieved from the same area.

October 1982. Fieldwalking by Wacton Field Group (NRC).
One Roman greyware.
Twelve medieval unglazed.
Two late medieval/transitional.
One post medieval stoneware.
One base buff unglazed probably post medieval.
Post medieval tile fragment, probably pantile.
Identified by A. Rogerson (NAU).
