Gold ring set with turquoise. Second half 16th century.
Nearby, late 14th/early 15th century lyre shaped bronze buckle, originally mercury-silvered.
Other bronze buckles and thimble reported as scatter here.
Identified by British Museum (Department of Medieval and Later Antiquities).

Parallel to buckle on display at KLM and (S2).
Treasure Trove Inquest 25 August 1988 - returned to finder.
