Full Description
1988. Found in garden of unknown personage in Newtown area.
Penny of Edward the Confessor (1056-59) sovereign (king on throne)/ four birds (eagles) in each angle. Reverse: SVMR(L)ED ON DET, meaning moneyer, Sumerlede of Thetford.
