Summary

Fieldwalking at this location between 1985 and 1987 recovered a Neolithic worked flints and Roman and medieval pottery sherds. Metal-detecting in 2023 and 2025 recovered medieval coins; a medieval jetton and several other metal objects, including a Late Iron Age/Roman brooch; a medieval strap distributor and a post-medieval buckle.
