Summary

Southrepps Lodge Farmhouse is dated 1862, but has a late 16th or early 17th century wing on the rear. Made of galleted flint with brick dressings and a hipped slate roof and a pantile roof, the building is T-shaped in plan. The earlier wing is at right angles to the rear, and has five bays in two storeys, with a massive central chimneystack with bases for four clustered shafts.

Southrepps Lodge Farmhouse.
House. Dated 1862 C.F. on porch, with late 16th/early 17th century wing to rear. Galleted flint with brick dressings; hipped slate roof and pantile roof. T-shaped in plan. 19th century symmetrical facade of three bays, two storeys and attic. Casements under flat arches, each light having two-centred arch glazing bars and leading. Central gabled porch with 2-centred archway; single-light casements to side walls; plank and muntin house door with overlight. two-light casements to first and attic storeys. Bays flanking the porch have a three-light casement to the ground floor; two-light casement to first floor; oversailing eaves. Hipped roof with two-light attic casements in the gables having decorative barge-boards with drop finials. two stacks to rear wall. Earlier wing at right angles to the rear of five bays, two storeys with 19th century casements and one sash with glazing bars; massive central stack with bases for four clustered shafts; gable end stack
