Summary

Peat digging in 1989 revealed a human skull. In 1995, prehistoric pottery fragments together with human and animal bone were found on silt underlying the peat.

Prehistoric pot and flint, human bone and animal tooth.
`Handled wooden point(?)' seen by digger driver in his bucket.
