Summary

Fieldwalking and metal detecting on this site has revealed a prehistoric flake (or possibly a scraper) and several medieval and post medieval copper alloy objects including a gilded medieval harness pendant.

1992. Metal detecting.
Medieval copper alloy spur rowel 'arm' plus moulded decoration.
Medieval copper alloy vessel rim.
Medieval gilded bronze convex harness pendant, discoidal with everted rim stamped with annulets, broken suspension loop.
Early post medieval fitting plus hook in same place as 3 attachment arms with lobed terminals. Engraved decoration on hook. Harness fitting?
Post medieval copper alloy vessel lid hinge.
Post medieval copper alloy handle? from nut-crackers or similar.
