Summary
Fieldwalking here during 1990 recovered prehistoric flints along with sherds of Bronze Age, Roman and medieval pottery. Subsequent metal detecting in 2000 retrieved a variety of objects including a medieval seal matrix, a post medieval mourning ring and a possible Late Saxon spindle whorl.
