Summary

A medieval pottery sherd was found on this section of the beach in 1990. Metal-detecting in 2021 recovered a Roman bracelt or armlet fragment.

Summer 1990. Stray Find.
Found on beach:
Medieval pottery sherd. Unglazed rim, grey sandy fabric, probably from a bowl. Late 13th/early 14th century.
Donated to Norwich Castle (NWHCM : 2001.178.3).
Identified by A. Rogerson (NAU).
