Listing Description:
Office. 1899 by E. Boardman. Ashlar, roof not visible. Three storeys, three window range, symmetrical with bays defined by pilasters on the upper floors. Round headed arcade with part-fluted half-columns has part-corinthian pilasters at ends and flanking central door. Plain entabulature with moulded cornice has consoles under central segmental balcony with balustrade; dentiled eaves cornice under parapet with balustrade. Similar two-window range to left facing Queen Street.
