Summary

A 16th century building, now an office, refaced, heightened to three storeys and extended in the late 19th or early 20th century. The rear wall is of flint rubble, the first floor front timber framed, though concealed by 20th century stucco work. The ground floor façade is rusticated with a central door and two mullioned windows. Above is mock Tudor framing. Inside, the first floor has a 16th century battened ceiling with tie beams.

Listing Description:
Former use unknown, now office.
16th century. Refaced, heightened and extended in the early 20th century. Flint rubble rear wall. The first floor front wall is timber framed concealed by 20th century stucco work. Roman pantiles. Three storeys, the first floor jettied. Three bays. Rusticated ground floor with central door and two mullions and transom windows. Billet moulding on the jetty and mock 'Tudor' framing above, all in stucco.
The first floor has a 16th century battoned ceiling with tie beams.
