Summary

Pull's Ferry is the house that adjoins the Watergate (NHER 26053), and was built in 1647. It is constructed of flint and brick with a pantile roof, and has an 18th century extension to the right.

February 1954. Listed, Grade II*.
House of 1647. Flint and brick with pintile roof. Adjoining the Watergate (NHER 26053).
Two storeys. Single wide bay with 18th century extension to the right. Doorcase to left side with simple surround and flat hood. Casement windows with leaded lights in brick reveals. Dormer gable with six-light casement window.

Report that at the time of the restoration of Pull's Ferry they sank the ferry, presumably near to the actual ferry building and that it would have survived.
