June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Rendered slate roofs; brick chimneys. Victorian Gothic style. L-Plan, at right angles to street in 2 parts: Left part: single storey and attic; 3 window range. Projecting gabled turret has door with 4-centred head and applied tracery flanked by pairs of attached columns with moulded spandrels above."
