No 16 is amongst the buildings listed in thesis (S3), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century architecture of Norwich. It is described as a two-storeyed building with timber-framed first floor wall. There is a long rear range that is constructed with flint rubble walls and has a 17th-century roof. The relationship between these two buildings couldn't be established.
