Summary

These offices and shops are dated to 1904 by a date stone. They stand three storeys high and have slate roofs with a square corner turret with a domed roof topped with a finial. The shopfronts are later 20th century in date. The central bays are recessed with second floor Ionic columns supporting a frieze and heavy cornice. The frieze displays the name Burlington Buildings.

Offices and shops. 1904 on date stone. J. Owen Bond. Slate roof corner site. Three storeys plus attic storey. Square corner turret with blind windows, diagonal buttressing and domed roof with finial. Five bay curved principal facade, corner bay and three bays to yard. Later 20th century shopfronts. Renaissance detail to first floor with rustication continued upon the pilasters. The central bays are recessed with second floor Ionic columns supporting a frieze and heavy cornice. The frieze displays the name Burlington Buildings.
