Summary

This former bank is now an office. It dates to 1903 and was built by G. J. Skipper. It stands four storeys high but only has two bays with 20th century glazing in the wider left-hand bay. The recessed door to the right has a shield and oval window above it. There are festooned capitals beneath the wide cornice facia and the curvilinear gable has a central statue of a seated scribe.

Former bank now office. Dated 1903 by G. J. Skipper. Faience. Roof not visible. Four storeys. Two bays. 20th century glazing in the wider left-hand bay. Recessed door to the right with heavy consoles with putti supporting balcony. Shield and oval window above door. Bowed mullion and transome windows to first and second floors with swag and wreaths at floor level. Narrow single-light windows to right-angle. Festooned capitals beneath wide cornice facia.
Large lunette above bay window with deep hollow chamfer. Curvilinear gable with central statue of a seated scribe.
Pinnacle central to gable and square turret with dome to right.
