These buildings are amongst those listed in thesis (S3), which considers the 13th- to 17th buildings of Norwich. They are described as comprising a late 17th-century street range with a two-storey, 16th-century range with flint rubble walls to the rear. The first floor of the latter has moulded axial and lateral ceiling beams. The internal layout is modern.
