Full Description
June 1972. Listed, Grade II*.
Former warehouse now shop. 19th century with 20th century alterations. Painted brick, rendered at ground floor. Roof not visible. Corner site. Three storeys. Five bays. 20th century ground floor facade with central door and four semi-circular arched windows. Central bay recessed with casement window at first floor and loading door at second floor. Sash windows in outer bays with glazing bars: segmental arches at first floor and flat arches at second floor. Corbelled block cornice and central pediment.

Two bay of brick built undercroft with single order diagonal ribs. Two shallow side chambers on the western side of the undercroft, one with a lighting niche. Two smaller, but deeper chambers opposite, both with later alterations. Positioned at right-angles to, and away from the street line, now beneath a 19th century building.
