This building is amongst those listed in thesis (S3), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. It is described as a 17th-century, single-cell building with front and back timber-framed walls at first floor above flint rubble walls. It was extended backwards in the 19th century, when a second floor was also added to the street range.
