Summary

This former house is now an office. It dates to the 18th century and was designed by Mathew Brettingham but has undergone 20th century side additions. The exterior is of red brick set on a rendered plinth and the roof is covered with pantiles. The central door has attached Doric columns supporting a pediment. There are sash windows throughout with rubbed brick flat arches. A bracket cornice lies beneath the parapet of the roof.

The forecourt wall, railings and gate piers to No 11 Surrey Street were separately listed Grade II in April 1986. They are now recorded as NHER 68719.
