Full Description
Former house now office. 18th century by Mathew Brettingham. 20th century side additions. Red brick, rendered plinth and pantile roof. Three storeys. Five bays. Central door with attached Doric columns supporting pediment. Six step up.
Sash windows throughout with rubbed brick flat arches. Bracket cornice beneath parapet. Hipped roof.

The forecourt wall, railings and gate piers to No 11 Surrey Street were separately listed Grade II in April 1986. They are now recorded as NHER 68719.
