Public house. This is a three storeyed building with brick walls on the street front. It has a central stack with the stack-side stairs to the upper floors and and down the cellar positioned away from the street. There is a carriage entry to one side within the main walls.

English Heritage Listing:
Jolly Butchers, No 125 Ber Street.
Public House. Early 18th century with 19th and 20th century alterations. Red brick and pantile roof. Three storeys. Five second floor windows. Left hand off-centre door with rectangular fanlight and gabled porch. Casement window to the left of the door and sash window with side lights to the right, both with segmental arches. Carriage entry at extreme right. Floor band Sash windows at first floor with segmental arches. Casement windows at second floor beneath box cornice.
