This building is amongst those listed in thesis (S2), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. It is described as a two-storeyed plus attic and cellar building ranged at right angles to the street. This building is the other half of a pair of late 17th-century buildings (the other incorporated into the 18th-century building to the south (NHER 26091)). It is constructed in rendered brick with an area of reused clunch to the front of the building. The building is two rooms deep with a central stair lobby that is entered from a yard at the side of the block.
