Two storeys plus attic and half-height cellar. Internally the building reflects its preset use as a shop on the ground floor with a flat above. The north façade along Muspole street is jettied at first flor level and the wall is rendered. The east and south walls are faced with twentieth- century bricks laid in Flemmish bond. There are two lateral bridging beams in the first floor ceiling which may have been reused from elsewhere. A single storey lean-to against the south wall is constructed from twentieth- century brick although some late seventeenth/ early eighteenth century bricks and a small section of flint have been incorporated into the east wall.
