This building is amongst those listed in thesis (S1), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. It is described as a two-storeyed plus attic building with a 19th-century rear extension and with 20th-century internal alterations. The street block is probably a 17th-century, single-cell building.
