Full Description
No 47 and 49 Magdalen Street.
Pair of 17th century, two storey plus attic single-cell buildings. No 47 has been extended along St Saviours Lane.

Two storey block plus attics, now divided into two properties. Broad L-plan. Considerable 19th to 20th century back infill. One timber above door around 1630. Original dormers front and back.

Nos 47 and 49 Magdalen Street.
Former use unknown now shops. 17th century. Rendered at first floor. Pantile roof. Two-storeys plus attic. Four first floor windows. 19th and 20th century shopfronts. Sash windows, glazing bars in No 49 only. Two dormer gables with casement windows. Decorative bargeboard on No 47 gable and dormer.
