Full Description
The Cat and Fiddle Public House.
17th century L-shaped brick faced building. Two gable end stacks, ground floor ceiling beams indicate central through passage. Two storeyed rear building of flint and rubble walls and gable end stack. Front and back dormers in roof indicating 17th century date.

L-shape bock, with three storey red brick 18th century street range, and two storey flint rubble back range. Roof suggests a date of around 1600 for back range. Modern cellars.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Cat and Fiddle Public House, No 105 Magdalen Street.
Public House. Late 18th with 17th century north rear range and 19th century rear adiitions. Red brick. Pantile roof. Three storeys. Three bays. South corner rebuilt diagonally with brick quoins. Central door with semi-circular arch and fanlight with glazing bars."
