Summary

Two storeyed 18th century building.
In room above carriage entry are one jowles post and fragment of a butt-purlin roof, both dating from late 16th century.

February 1954. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Houses including Nos. 1-5 (consec) Mandell's Court (q.v.). Late 18th century. Rendered brick facade; flint with brick dressings to side elevation. Pantiled roof; brick chimneys. 2 storeys and basement to rear of Mandell's Court. One blocked window to Princes Street facade; 7 windows to side elevation."
