The remains of an undated walled circular structure, possibly a tower, were found over 4m below the surface in 1914.

Remains of circular structure. Foundation about 4.3m (14 feet) below ground surface.
Wall survives about 3.8m (12 feet 6 inches) above foundation. Diameter 3m (9 feet 9 inches). Walls 45cm (1 foot 6 inches) thick.
Strip across excavated in March 1914.
