Full Description
1 Tombland Alley.
1972. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now office. 17th century and later. Rendered façade. Pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Four first-floor windows. Sashes with glazing bars throughout. Large gabled dormer has casement with glazing bars in moulded wooden architrave. Now entered through No 26 Princes Street (NHER 652)."

1970s or 1980s. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Two storey 17th-century block plus attic. Small ground plot, with one small room per floor. Possible lost back stack away from alley. Spiral stair survives in back right angle, with access to attic. Interior gutted. Roof single butt purlin with original dormers front and back.

This building is amongst those listed in thesis (S3), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. It is described as a small 17th-century, two-storey single-cell building that may have had a stack on the rear wall.
