Summary

This property has a timber frame with beams that supposedly date to 1550. In spite of this, the building has not been listed but photographs do show the timber frame open to the roof and indications that an upper floor has been removed.

Stated in (S1) in file that 'some of the beams' had been dated 'by English Heritage' to 1550 and the fireplace as 18th century. Not on current list of listed buildings. Photograph shows a timber frame open to the roof but with indications that an upper floor has been removed.
