Summary

This house dates to the early 19th century and has a painted brick exterior and slate roof. The three bay facade has a central recessed door with two Doric columns. French doors at the first floor open onto a fine wrought iron canopied trellis balcony. Inside, there is a circular central hall with a winding stair behind and at least one original fireplace.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Painted brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and semi basement. 3 bay facade with central recessed door having two Doric columns in antis. Sash windows ground and second floors, French doors first floor onto fine wrought iron canopied trellis balcony. Pilasters define bays."

Ordanance Survey indicates a semi-circular projecting bay at the rear.
Reference (S2) shows circular central hall with winding stair behind.
At least one original fireplace.
