Summary

This house is now used as a surgery. It dates to the late 19th century and is built from red brick and pantile with two storeys and an attic. It is an important example of a building in Tudor Revival style. There are string courses made of moulded brick panels and the roof has a decorative saw tooth cornice.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Late 19th century red brick and pantile, two storeys and attic. Three bays with smaller recessed central bay. Important example of Tudor Revival. Moulded assymetrical porch with curvilinear gable and finials. Mullion and transom windows with hoodmoulds. String courses made of moulded brick panels. Decorative saw tooth cornice."
