Pre 1933. In Feltwell Fen at a place known as the Gull where the Little Ouse burst its banks in 1882.

1983.
Feltwell Society, has located the findspot at grid reference, between site of Jacob's Farm and new bridge. The water from the burst left a large crater across the field, known as the Gull, which is now filled in again.
