Summary

Fieldwalking here in 1990 recovered a number of prehistoric worked flints along with sherds of Neolithic, Bronze Age, Iron Age, Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval pottery. Subsequent metal-detecting between 1992 and 2023 recovered a Late Saxon stirrup terminal, a medieval heraldic stud or mount, part of a 16th-century double buckle and a post-medieval dress hook.

Undated, Neolithic, Beaker, Bronze Age, Iron Age, Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval sherds.
Also worked flints.
