Summary

Metal-detecting in January 1990 recovered an 11th century stirrup-strap mount. It is decorated with two animal heads and a stylised leaf.

Bronze box mount, 11th century, pierced animal head terminal. Main body of mount decorated with two confronted animal heads above stylised leaf. Iron rivet in flange.
