Summary

Metal-detecting in 1989 recovered a decorated 11th century stirrup strap fitting and a piece of post-medieval bronze (possibly part of a candle snuffer).

Bronze 11th century stirrup-strap mount with two Ringerike style confronted animals (S2); iron rivet in flange and at apex. See Monograph (S2)
Post medieval bronze, part of possible candle snuffer.
