1990 to 1991. Fieldwalking and metal detecting in restricted area southwest of pit.
No significant metal finds.
1 Roman greyware bodysherd, 1 probable Roman greyware.
2 very abraded oxidised bodysherd ?Roman.
1 jar rim Thetford type.
6 bodysherds Thetford type.
1 bodysherd medieval unglazed.
1 bodysherd Unidentified reduced.
