Summary

A World War Two bombing decoy was located somewhere in the Ward Marsh area. The decoy was made to look like an industrial area and was supposed to imitate Norwich. It was only used during November 1941. The exact location of the decoy is unclear.

However [2] puts the site at TG 368 150 in Woodbastwick parish and Broadland district; however he says this is only 'reportedly' correct and so no definite NHER marking will be made until firm evidence is forthcoming.
