Summary

A medieval seal matrix and an impression from a different seal matrix were found before 1991. The impression depicts a squirrel and the legend 'I CRAKE NOTIS' (I crack nuts). The 15th century seal matrix depicts a book press and the legend 'S'EMUS THOME. DE. FRISSORLO'. The exact nature and location of this discovery are unclear.

1. Seal impression, circular, 14th century. Squirrel in centre. Legend 'I CRAKE NOTIS' (I crack nuts).
2. Seal matrix, 15th century, circular, broken handle with collar. Bookpress in centre. Legend : S'EMUS THOME. DE. FRISSORLO. Four dots on face with handle to orientate correctly.
