Summary
One fragment of a 13th century fumed cooking pot was found on this site. The interior had a brownish incrustation that might be the remains of food cooked in the pot.

22 October 1967. 'From a house near the rectory'.
Sherd from 13th century fumed cooking pot; interior brownish incrustation (ie from food adhering?)
Retained by anonymous finder.
From either Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds museum records sent to NLA by SAU in late 1991.
