These cropmarks are now recorded under NHER 9753.
March 1992. Found with metal detector.
Three Roman coins (see list in file). Identified by J. Davies (NCM).
Early Saxon copper alloy rod, of circular section. Moulded decoration on one face- profiles of animal heads. See (S1).
Late Saxon fragment of probable Ringerike style object. V-shaped around pierced hole. Decorative. See (S1).
Medieval copper alloy casket key, kidney-shaped bow.
16th century copper alloy book clasp.
Late medieval shield-shaped mount.
Late medieval triangular belt or harness mount.
Post medieval cloth seal. See (S1).

Also to the south are two parallel ditches, which may define a broad trackway.
