Summary

In May 1990 metal detecting and fieldwork found a selection of pottery sherds as well as prehistoric flint scrapers and a medieval conical lead weight.

May 1990. Metal detecting and fieldwork finds in sugar beet.
Tiny flint gritted sherd, possibly Iron Age.
Two Roman greyware sherds.
Two medieval sherds (one Green glazed Grimston).
Conical lead weight, possibly medieval. Weight of 37.8g.
Two flint scrapers and twelve flakes some with retouch. Identified by J.Wymer (NAU).
