Summary

The brickworks and a house are shown on the 1st edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map made in 1883. The house (now called Maralinga) is still there but the brickworks no longer exists.

April 2008. (S3) reports that he remembers seeing as a young boy several brick kilns like large cones and that they produced really good bricks.
