Full Description
May 1900. Stray Find.
The King's Lynn Museum holds a fragmentary Neolithic polished flint axehead that was found in "Moat Close" (KILLM : 1992.598). A moated site lies in the south-west corner of this field (NHER 20160), which was apparently once known as Moat Close. It is therefore reasonably likely that this find came from somewhere in this field. This find is listed in (S1).
