Map

May 1900. Stray Find.
The King's Lynn Museum holds a fragmentary Neolithic polished flint axehead that was found in "Moat Close" (KILLM : 1992.598). A moated site lies in the south-west corner of this field (NHER 20160), which was apparently once known as Moat Close. It is therefore reasonably likely that this find came from somewhere in this field. This find is listed in (S1).
P. Watkins (HES), 3 December 2013.

Earlier 1992. Metal detecting finds
The only finds from a thorough but rapid search of the field were:
Roman coin, found near southwest corner, see list in file.
Roman greyware 2 bowl rims
