1992. In onion bed while weeding. Common Farm, Smallworth Common.
Medieval eight armed gilded bronze horse harness pendant, the 8th arm being the suspension loop. Each arm ends in a fleur de lis or a shell shaped terminal alternating. Central square field is divided by an equal armed cross into four, each quadrant containing a heart shaped motif with blue enamel. Below the suspension loop is a moulded terminal of a slightly different form to the others (leaf shaped). One terminal missing (lis).
