Full Description
Icehouse, remains of.
Immediately adjacent to the service court of Shadwell Court.
Base alone survives of circular domed brick icehouse, infilled with rubbish and overgrown. Stated to have been intact until about 1980 when struck by falling tree.
One of three icehouses in the park, this one presumably was for the immediate domestic requirements of the house.
E. Rose (NLA) 3 February 1993.
