Map

February/March 1993. Metal detecting.
Two edged Late Bronze Age knife with oval socket, on either broad face of which are two holes to attach haft - tiny fragment at tip missing. Broad low rib on either face down centre of blade. Fresh condition, some recent edge damage. Length 169mm (the whole slightly bent).
Compare with Thorndon (Suffolk) Hoard Invent. Archaeol. GB11, no.2.
