Full Description
March 1993. Metal detecting.
Fragment of Early Saxon gilded bronze square-headed brooch (grooved base of bow and part of footplate catch on reverse).
17th century Dutch coin weight. On one face a hand (for Antwerp) and a figure holding sword and orb on the other.
Identified by S.Margeson (NCM).
